Who operates this service

Burning Bridges uses the same operating merchant as Hotel Lobby AI. Contact support@burningbridges.cc for privacy requests and order help.

Your photo and video

Selecting a photo and reviewing an order happen in your browser. Before upload, your browser prepares a JPEG copy and removes source metadata. Clicking the payment button uploads that copy to private Cloudflare R2 storage and creates a Stripe checkout. An unpaid checkout can therefore leave a stored photo.

After payment, KIE processes your photo and our fixed reference clip using Seedance. KIE receives a temporary photo link. We copy the completed video into private storage and issue short-lived download links to holders of your private order link. AI providers may process data in other countries under their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention and deletion

Photos and completed videos in our private storage become eligible for automatic deletion 7 days after each file is uploaded. Storage cleanup runs asynchronously; it is not an exact-to-the-second deletion guarantee. Download your video within 7 days of completion. You can request earlier deletion by emailing support with your order number and proof of access. Deleting our copy does not control copies you downloaded or independently retained by service providers.

Order status, payment references and basic events are stored in Neon PostgreSQL. These records may be retained to handle support, disputes, fraud and applicable recordkeeping duties. Contact us to request access or deletion; some records may need to be retained for those purposes.

Payments and private links

Stripe processes payments; this app does not store card numbers. Your private access code is stored as a hash. Anyone holding the complete private order link can access the order, so keep it private. Your browser may save your latest order link locally; clearing browser storage removes that shortcut, not the server order.

Basic measurement

We record events such as reviewing an order and starting checkout, with a short source label such as a referring hostname. Events exclude photos, card details and private access codes. Cloudflare may process network data to deliver and protect the site. We do not load third-party advertising or chat scripts.
