If a render fails

A confirmed generation failure starts a full refund. If the generation status is uncertain, the order is held for review without another paid attempt. Refunds stay pending until the payment provider confirms them.

You do not need an account

Your order link is your access key. Save it before leaving checkout. Anyone with the full link can view the result, so keep it private.

Do I need to sign up?

No. Buy a single video as a guest. A private order link lets you return to check progress and download. Keep the complete link somewhere safe.

Is it free?

There is no free video generation. You can choose a photo, read the guide and review your order without paying. The displayed price is per video; no recurring subscription.

What photo works best?

Use a well-lit photo with one visible adult face, at least 300 × 300 pixels. Avoid sunglasses, heavy filters and tiny faces. JPG, PNG and WebP are supported up to 5 MB. Only use photos you have permission to edit.

Does the video include the Burning Bridges song?

The download is a silent MP4 without the original song. If you add music yourself, check permissions for your platform, region and intended use.

How long does it take?

Processing time depends on the provider’s queue. Your order page shows the current status. There is no guaranteed completion time; do not buy again just because a job is still processing.

What happens if generation fails?

Confirmed generation failures receive a full refund. Uncertain submissions are held for review without a second paid attempt. For a completed video you are unhappy with, email support@burningbridges.cc within 7 days for individual review. Satisfaction refunds are not unconditional.

Can I close the page?

Yes, after saving your private order link. Payment and processing do not depend on keeping this browser tab open. We do not create an account, so losing the complete link can prevent automatic access.

Will my video be public?

The app does not publish orders to a public gallery. The full private link grants access, so only share it with people you trust. Preview photos stay in your browser until checkout.

Is this the original Drake video with my face?

Your photo replaces the main host in our fixed AI-generated party template, not the original MV file. Background guests are not selectable. We aim to preserve the scene and actions, but AI can change details. Watch the real sample above before buying.
